Y/N’s POV
I woke up by the sunlight entering the room through the glass windows. I smiled listening to the birds chirping which felt like music to my ears early in the morning.
Y/N: Good Morning Beautiful World.
I said while stretching my arms and getting off the bed.
Y/N: A new day and a new beginning of another new chapter.
I walked to the Bathroom while Humming my favourite song. I took a quick shower and wore this:
Though you might think that he is just my best friend. But I believe that he is not only my best friend, he is my support system and my strength. He has always been there for me and I always want to be there for him. It is much much more than friendship. It is about the trust and Support. I don’t know what I would do without him.
Y/N: I have to make arrangements for the Party as well and I have to go to buy the outfit as well with Jade for the event. Oof~ Today will be one long day.
I looked at the ring on my dresser. I smiled. It was my mother’s ring. This was last gift she gave to me before she left. I put a chain through it so that I can wear it every single day without making it too obvious.
Y/N: I miss you mom. Why did you have to leave me so Early?
I wore it around my neck and put it inside my sweatshirt so that it is not visible.
I checked myself in the mirror for the last time before I grabbed my phone and walked downstairs.
I saw Javier in the kitchen making breakfast.
Javier: Good Morning Y/N. I have made waffles, your Favourite.
Y/N: You didn’t have to do it Javier, I could have done it myself. But Thank You so much. Did You make the arrangements I asked for today’s after party?
Javier: Yes, everything is settled. I organised everything in Mr. King’s Farmhouse.
Y/N: Thank You so Much Javier. You took a lot of weight off of my shoulders.
Javier: Don’t mention it.
He smiled and got back to cooking.
Jade: Knock, Knock. Anyone miss me ?
I saw Jade coming in along with Scarlett.
Y/N: What are you all doing here early in the morning?
Jade: Did you forget that we were supposed to go for Shopping today to choose an outfit for the Event today.
Y/N: I am so sorry, I almost forgot.
Scarlett: it’s okay Y/N, we get it. You have too much on your plate already, with the party planning.
Y/N: Thanks for understanding guys, I am lucky to have you guys.
Scarlett and Jade came and sat beside me.
Javier: 2 more waffles coming right up!
He said and I giggled.
Scarlett: I just Found out that my mom and I are invited to the event as well because of my father. He will be there too. I am gonna meet him after so long.
Y/N: That’s Great.
Jade: Y/N, will your father be their? I mean he is one of the most well known business men in all of South Korea.
I stopped eating. Thinking about my father, I haven’t talked to him in a while now. I was never that close with my father. I felt somewhat neglected sometimes. Being the youngest I never got the attention I wanted. My father mainly focused on my sister or my brother. He did care a lot but it was never enough. He never even supported me when it came to my passion, which was my music. That was the biggest reason why I was closer to my mother rather than my father.
Y/N: I-I am not too sure. I can ask my brother once. I am going
from the King Company any which ways so it shouldn’t matter. I am not going as Mr. Kang’s Daughter.
I said playing with my food. Jade patted my back and she sighed.
Jade: We Get it Y/N don’t worry.
We quickly ate our food and we’re about to head for the door when my phone rang.
I checked the caller ID to see that it was my brother, Daniel.
*On the Phone
Y/N📞: Anneyong Oppa
Daniel📞: Hi Baby sis. I hope I didn’t interrupt anything.
Y/N📞: I am always free for you. What is it?
Daniel📞: There is an event in the evening and Dad wanted you to be present there.
Y/N📞: I already know about it and am already going with Daymon. Is Dad going to be there?
Daniel📞: I don’t think so but we may never know. I will definitely be there.
Y/N📞: So I will have to see many girls Drooling over my heartthrob of a brother.
He chuckled.
Daniel📞: Well I will be wearing my best tuxedo so I won’t say no to that. You are lucky to have such a charming brother. I am really missing you and I am happy that I can finally meet you at the event today. Dad is planning on handing the company over to me.
Y/N📞: Really?! I am so happy for you DanDan, congratulations. I deserve a treat.
Daniel📞: Sure, anything for you Baby sis. I am sorry I have to go, I have a meeting with our clients and dad has called me in his office. I will see you at the event, Okay.
Y/N📞: For sure, Bye. I’ll miss you.
Daniel📞: I’ll miss you too Baby sis. Bye, see you soon.

I cut the call and Jade looked at me with confusion.
Jade: It was Daniel right?
I nodded.
Y/N: He will be there at today’s event. He was inviting me but little did he know that I was already going.
I smiled While squinting my eyes.
Jade: So will your father be there too?
Y/N: It is not confirmed. He doesn’t like attending any such events so I don’t think he will be there. But we may never know.
I sighed while my gaze shifted towards the clock.
Y/N: Now let’s go or we will be late.
I held both there arms and dragged them towards the car.
(Meanwhile)
Jimins POV
Jennie: You are looking so attractive today Jimin-ah. What am I saying, you look attractive everyday.
She said as she sat on my lap caressing my cheek with her hand. I just smirked while looking at the T.V. I like the attention but I never gave it back. Why should I?
Jennie: What’s wrong Babe, why aren’t you responding to me? Don’t you like it hmm?
She said as she wrapped her legs around my torso straddling me. I still did not respond to her and I could see her getting impatient which made me enjoy it more.
Jennie: So you want to play hard huh?
A smirk formed on her face as she leaned in closer to my face. She was about to place her lips on mine when she was interrupted by a voice.
Jungkook: Oh! I am sorry, I didn’t mean intrude.
He said in a sarcastic tone. Jennie groaned in annoyance. She got off of me and sat beside me clinging onto my arm.
Jimin: What are you doing here Kook?
Jungkook: Your mother called me because she said you weren’t picking up.
Jimin: That’s all?
I said blankly.
Jungkook: She said that your father wants you to attend something today, so she picked up a few tuxedos for you, me and Taehyung hyung.
I smiled. My mom always knows exactly what I like. So I didn’t have the need to check the clothing again.
Jimin: Okay sure.
Jungkook: Your Father is looking for a girl for you still.
He said and my smile Faded.
Jimin: I don’t care because he knows my answer already.
I said while Jennie looked at me with confusion.
Jennie: I will not let you get married to anyone else, because you are mine. I hope you know that.
She said but I didn’t respond. I looked at Jungkook who was rolling his eyes listening to Jennie. Though Jennie was my girlfriend, I knew I was using her. So whenever she asked me if I loved her or not I never responded.
Jimin: You should leave now Jennie. I have some things to deal with.
Jennie sighed.
Jennie: But Jimin-ah I-
I glared at her and I saw her gulping. She quickly let go of my arm.
Jennie: O-Okay. I will see you later.
She kissed me on the cheek before grabbing her Purse and walking out.
Jungkook: Why are you with her Hyung? She is such a pain in the neck!
Jungkook Groaned in annoyance before sitting down beside me on the couch.
Jungkook: So, are you still adamant on your decision?
I looked at him in confusion.
Jimin: What decision?
He sighed and looked at the T.V.
Jungkook: About Y/N.
I raised my brow.
Jimin: Why is it bothering you so much?
Jungkook: Because She is my friend and she doesn’t deserve this!
He punched the Cushion beside him. What wrong with him? He never acts like this.
Jimin: Calm down. You know I don’t like to be challenged and I really want to win this little game.
I smirked.
Jungkook: I am not gonna warn you any more because I know there is no point. You won’t listen to me anyways. Do you want to go to the club or not?
He asked And I smirked.
Jimin: You think I will say no?
He chuckled and I grabbed the keys of my car. We drove to the club.
(At The Mall)
Y/N’s POV
Jade has been dragging both Scarlett and I over to different stores to find the right outfit. They had already picked theirs. But I just couldn’t seem to find the one for me.
After a Long trying session I came out with the last dress.
Jade: Oh My God! This is Perfect! No one will be able to take their eyes off of you.
Scarlett: You literally look like an Angel.
I blushed listening to their compliments.
Y/N: Really?
Jade&Scarlett: YES!
Scarlett: You should change while me and Jade get the billing done.
Y/N: Here.
I hand them my credit Card.
Y/N: My gift to the both of you.
Scarlett: Thank You Angel.
I smiled and Went back inside the Changing room. Though Jade and Scarlett complimented me a lot, the dress was off shoulder so it revealed the scars. The scars of my past. I was always insecure of my body after being harassed repeatedly. I am scared to be questioned about it. I am scared I will create a scene.
(Y/N’s Mind: I will cover them up with foundation. That will be perfect.)
I sighed and Changed back into my clothes.
I walked out and saw Scarlett and Jade waiting for me.
Y/N: I think we should go. I will give Javier a Call.
We stepped out of the store and I quickly called Javier.
*On the Phone
Y/N: Hey Javier, we are free now. Can you pick us up now?
Javier: I am so sorry Y/N, Mr. King wanted me to get some Important files to him and The mall is in the other direction. He will be really mad if I don’t get the files.
Y/N: It’s okay Javier, I will make some arrangement. Don’t rush. Drive safe. Bye
*End Of Call
I sighed and turned to Scarlett and Jade.
Jade: What is it?
Y/N: Javier got stuck with Daymon’s work so he won’t be able to make it. We have to find some other way to reach home.
Scarlett: That’s bad. Let’s Think.
All of us start to think when an idea strikes my mind.
Y/N: I got it! I know exactly who to call.
Scarlett: Who?
I smile sheepishly and start to dial a few digits before putting the phone near my ear.
(Meanwhile)
Third POV
Jimin And Jungkook entered the Club and saw Taehyung sitting down near the bar. They walked towards him and sat beside him.
Taehyung: What took you guys so long?
Jungkook: Hyung was busy with his girlfriend. So we got late because of her.
Jungkook scoffed.
Jimin: Enough with the Sarcasm Kook. I get it.
Taehyung: Anyways, we only have a few hours and after that we have to go for that event. So let’s enjoy it. Bring three shots!
He tells the Bartender and the bartender slides the glasses towards them. A girl walks towards Jungkook and sits on his lap.
Girl: When did you come in Handsome?
Jungkook Smirked and leaned back in his chair.
Jungkook: I am not interested.
He said and the girl pouted.
Girl: Why not prettyboy? Don’t like what you see?
Before Jungkook could say something a voice spoke from behind them.
???: JEON JUNGKOOK?!
They turned around and Jungkook smiled looking at the figure.
Jungkook: Lee Jacob!
He said and Pushed the girl off his lap. The girl Huffed and walked away.
Jungkook: Long time no see Dude.
Jacob: Yeah. You know I was just talking about you yesterday and what are the odds.
They both laughed and chatted when they were interrupted.
Jimin: Care to introduce us Kook.
Jimin said while leaning back in his chair.
Jungkook: Oh, Sorry. This is Jacob my friend from college. And Jacob they are my best friends, Jimin and Taehyung.
Jacob: Nice meeting you guys. I am Lee Jacob. I hope that we meet often. I literally need some com-
His phone rang interrupting him. He checked the Caller ID.
Jacob: Oh, it’s Y/N.
He said out loud and Jimins Head Shot up. His Complete attention on Jacob.
Jacob: Wonder why she is calling At this Time. Let me put it on speaker so You can hear it too Kook.
*On the Phone
Y/N📞: Hi Jacob! I needed to- Wait why is there loud music in the background?
Jacob📞: Hi Sugarplum, well I-
Y/N📞: You are at the club aren’t you?! How many times do we have to go over this Lee Jacob!? You nee-
Jacob📞: Can you calm down and let me speak. Yes, I am at the Club because Beck and Daymon Bailed. Otherwise they would’ve been here too.
Y/N📞: I will be talking to them as well. When do you guys even plan these things? Oh my lord! There is a new girl right? Who is the new girl?
Jacob📞: No one...yet. Why did you call anyways, you never call at this time.
Y/N📞: Well...
Jacob📞: You want a favour don’t you.
Y/N📞: Maybe.
Jacob sighed.
Jacob📞: What is it?
Y/N📞: They dragged me to the mall again!
She whined. Jimin Chuckled to himself listening to her. ‘She is some girl’ he thought to himself.
Jacob📞: Poor Thing. And?
Y/N📞: Javier had some work at Daymon’s Company and we need someone to pick us up from the mall so...
Jacob📞: Not gonna happen. I met Jungkook here and I want to catch up on a few things. I finally found company. You know how hard it is to be on of the only bachelors in the Friend Group?
Y/N📞: Come on Jacob! Please! I wouldn’t have asked you if I had any other option. You can catch up later. Kookie isn’t flying away to mars.
Jungkook Chuckled at her statement and Jacob groaned.
Jacob📞: I know he won’t. But try to understand. I haven’t met him in a long while and it won’t look nice if I just leave.
Y/N📞: If Kookie was In your place I know he would have helped me unlike you. You are such a Meanie.
She Huffed and Jungkook sighed.
Jungkook📞: Aww Don’t get upset Angel.
Jacob📞: Yeah, You can order a cab.
Y/N📞: Since you are not listening to me I won’t listen to you. I will do something you hate.
Jacob raised a brow.
Jacob📞: And What might that be?
Y/N📞: I am gonna call you Jacob Oppa again and I will make sure that Scarlett and Jade do too.
Jacob Gulped.
Jacob📞: N-No! You promised! Don’t turn into a Cult leader and Scarlett and Jade into your cult members! You and your three people cult!
Y/N📞: So will you pick us up or should I tell Scar to-
Jacob📞: Fine! I will!
Y/N📞: Thank You so much Jacob! You are the best! What would I do without you! You are the best friend ever!
Jacob📞: Yeah Yeah, I get it. I will be there in a few minutes.
Y/N📞: Are you mad at me?
She said in an upset voice.
Y/N📞: I’m sorry I shouldn’t have-
Jacob📞: Hey! Don’t be sorry. You know I was so proud of you for being evil and using my weak point against me. But look at you now, you are the same sweet innocent Y/N.
Y/N📞: So you are not mad right?
Jacob📞: Of course not, I could never be mad at you and you know that. I will be there in a few minutes. Wait for me.
Y/N📞: Okay, thank you so much. Goodbye CobCob! Drive Safe.
Jacob📞: Bye My Sugarplum!

Jacob: What a Child! You see! She hasn’t changed at all. I need to Go Jungkook. We will catch up later. Nice meeting you guys. I will be taking my leave now.
Jacob walks out out of the club and Jungkook Sighed.
Jimin: Is that the Same Y/N we met yesterday?
Jungkook: Yes, Hyung. She is the same Y/N.
Jimins smirk grew wider while he gulped down the drink.
Jimin: More things which draw me to her.
He chuckled while looking at the empty glass in his hand.
Jimin: Very soon, I will get my chance.
(At The Mall)
Y/N’s POV
I cut the Call.
Jade: What did he say?
Y/N: He is on his Way. We should wait until then.
We all sat Inside an Ice cream shop while waiting.
Time Skip~
Jacob messaged me that he has reached and After finishing the Ice cream we headed towards his Car.
As we Sat In his car, I remembered that I had to tell Scarlett something important.
Y/N: Oh! Scarlett, I almost Forgot, I talked to Mrs. Choi and she said that you can get ready at my house and from there we can leave for the event together.
Scarlett: Okay sure. That would be great. At least it will be better than listening Park Frikin Jimin blabbering about something again.
I giggled.
Scarlett: Thanks for picking us up once again Jacob. I really appreciate it.
Jacob Smiled slightly when he heard Scarlett. I knew he liked her but didn’t want to admit it because of his playboy personality.
Jade: Yeah, we owe you one.
Y/N: Now let’s go quickly.
Jacob drove the car to my house and we got out.
Y/N: Thanks Jacob, we will be seeing you in the evening. J will be coming to the event straight away so we will meet him their. Bye.
We waved at him before he drove away. All three of us got inside to get ready for the event.
