Scarlett’s POV
I parked my car in front of Y/N’s house. I had my date with Jacob today and I am a bit nervous. Who wouldn’t be when they are going on a date with Lee Jacob!
As I walked out of my car, my eyes landed on a familiar car which was parked in front of Y/N’s House. It looked like I have seen this car before.
I walked in removing those thoughts from my head. All of Y/N’s friends including me had a spare key to her house as it was our general hang out spot. I slowly opened the door with my spare key and walked in. My eyes wandered around the place searching for Y/N.
As I reached the Living room, my eyes widened and My blood boiled.
PARK JIMIN!
Why is he so close to her?! Why the hell is he even here?! So that car outside was his?!
I couldn’t control it anymore and yelled.
Scarlett: KEEP YOUR FILTHY HANDS AWAY FROM MY ANGEL YOU SCUMBAG OR I WILL CHOP YOUR FINGERS OFF!
Both of them Flinched up on hearing my voice. When Y/N saw me she quickly moved back away from Jimin and I heard Jimin Scoff.
Scarlett: What the hell are you doing here you Scumbag!
Jimin: I can ask you the same thing You Idiot!
Scarlett: Why are you calling me an Idiot?!
Jimin: Why are you calling me A Scumbag?!
Y/N: ENOUGH BOTH OF YOU!
Y/N said loudly making both of us silent.
Y/N: Jimin, Scarlett needs help with Her date so I am gonna help her out with that. And Scarlett, Jimin and me were supposed to hang out yesterday but we got busy with our own schedules so we moved it to today.
Scarlett: But I am not going to stay with this Pervert!
Jimin: I am not interested in staying with you either.
Y/N: YOU BOTH WILL STAY HERE!
Jimin and I looked at Y/N with pleading eyes but she simply looked away not meeting our gaze.
Y/N: Today I will try to make you both get along. So, since Jimin and Jacob have a lot in common, I will take Jimin’s Opinion to Help you have a makeover.
Scarlett: No thanks.
Y/N: You wanna look good or not?
Y/N asked and I sighed in defeat.
Scarlett: Fine, whatever.
Y/N: Yay! Okay so I have kept a few outfits on the bed. See which one you like and then try it on. Go on.
She said and pushed me upstairs.
Jimin’s POV
I looked at Scarlett who walked upstairs. Why the hell did she have to show up in the first place?!
Y/N came back and sat beside me, it looked like she wanted to ask me something.
Jimin: Do you want to ask something?
Y/N: How did you know?
Jimin: I just did, now tell me what you want to ask.
She turned to look at me.
Y/N: Why did you get so drunk yesterday? I mean 15 shots is a lot!
She asked and I looked away from her. I was fighting on whether I should tell her or not.
Y/N: You can tell me anything, you know that right. I am always here to listen to you, if there something bothering you maybe we can talk it out.
I finally looked at her and leaned my back against the couch.
Jimin: I had an argument with my father.
Y/N: About what?
Jimin: He wants me to get married so that I can take his position.
I saw her eyes widen and there was an unreadable expression on her face.
Jimin: He wants me to marry a random rich brat just for the profit of his company.
Y/N: W-What did you s-say?
She stuttered but why? I looked at her confused but decided to shrug it off.
Jimin: I said no of course. I wouldn’t marry someone absolutely random just for someone else’s profit. You are supposed to marry a person you have proper understanding with and a person who you know well. Not a complete stranger.
Y/N: But how do you know that you haven’t met the person in the past. If I was in your place, I wouldn’t say yes directly but I would try to get to know the person better. Maybe the person is not as bad as we thought.
I sighed and looked at her.
Y/N: But you are right, if you are not ready for marriage you shouldn’t force yourself to do it. Plus, we are in our early twenties, we have our whole life to get married. We should live our life with enjoyment and freedom until then.
She said leaning her head against her palm. She then looked up at the ceiling as if she is trying to figure something out in her mind.
Jimin: What are you thinking about?
I asked curiously. She snapped her head in my direction.
Y/N: An Idea.
I look at her completely perplexed by her words.
Jimin: What do you mean?
Y/N: An idea to help you silly.
She said and ruffled my hair. She closed her eyes once again and took a deep breath. Soon a small smile appeared on her lips as she slowly opened her eyes. She looked at me with a happy expression and I titled my head trying to understand.
Y/N: I got it.
Jimin: What is it?
Y/N: Just leave it to me ChimChim. I will take care of it, you don’t need to stress over it. I got your back.
She gave me a reassuring smile and I nod. I was about to say something when we heard footsteps coming in our direction. Knowing who it was, I didn’t even bother looking up.
Y/N: You look amazing Scar! I already told Jacob to pick you up from my place so don’t worry. Now time for the makeup. I gave Jade a call, she will be here soon. And Jimin...
She said turning towards me. I hummed in response.
Y/N: Tae and Kookie are at Jacob’s Place, you should go too and help him out, we will meet later.
She said and I nodded. What will I do here anyways since they will be dressing Scarlett up the whole time and I will get bored. I wanted to spend the day with her but I will do it later, when she is free because I still need to make it up to her for ditching her yesterday.
Jimin: Okay then we will hang out tomorrow.
I got up and was about to leave when I heard Y/N call out to me.
Y/N: ChimChim Wait!
I turned to face her and arched a brow.
Y/N: Can we not go out tomorrow. We can hang out the day after tomorrow.
Jimin: Why So? Are you busy tomorrow?
Y/N: Well I-
Scarlett: We have to plan Jade’s Birthday party tomorrow. She has a lot of specifications so it will be a long day. I think Y/N will call you tomorrow as well for the planning though I do not agree to it but it is hard to argue with her.
She looked over at Y/N who was lost in her own thoughts.
Y/N: We have to plan the party tomorrow?
Scarlett: Yeah, did you forget? Were you talking about something else?
Y/N: N-No I was not. It’s n-nothing. Okay that’s all I had to say so Jimin you need to Keep day after tomorrow completely free.
Jimin: Okay then. I will text you later.
I said as I walked out. Why did she stutter? Is there something she was going to do tomorrow. I sighed and sat in my car driving to Jacob’s Place.
{2 hours Later}
Y/N’s POV
Jade: And done!
She said after applying the lip gloss on Scarletts lips.
Y/N: You look beautiful.
I said as I made her turn around to face the mirror. Her eyes widened as she looked at her reflection.
This is what she was wearing:
Scarlett: T-That’s M-Me?
She asked and I nodded while smiling brightly at her. I back hugged her tightly.
Y/N: You look amazing! He will definitely fall for you. Well he has already fallen for you so I will say that he will fall for you harder.
She blushed and I hugged her tighter. Just then we heard the door bell ring.
Jade: HE IS HERE!
She squealed and both of us dragged Scarlett to the main door. I carefully peeked and saw that it was Jimin.
I opened it and saw him laughing continuously which made me confused.
Y/N: Hey, why are you laughing so much?
Jimin: Jacob is coming, all the other guys are standing near his car motivating him, he is so damn nervous it’s just hilarious. Can I come in now?
He asked and I opened the door wide for him. He came in and Scarlett frowned.
Scarlett: Where is he?
Jimin: He is coming. But I must say that you look different today.
Y/N: You think Jacob will like it? It took me a lot of time to look for an outfit. So how is it on a scale of 1 to 10?
I gestured for Scarlett To spin around once and she did. Jimin scratched his chin.
Jimin: I would say... a 9.5.
Y/N: Why not a 10?
Jimin: Because no one is perfect.
He winked and walked to the kitchen leaving me stunned. Just then there was a knock on the door and I knew exactly who it was. I opened the door to see a nervous Jacob holding a Bouquet of daisies. He didn’t notice me and I saw that he was talking to himself.
Jacob: You can do this Jacob. It will be great. Yes, it will be great. Just be yourself. Why are you so nervous you idiot?!
Y/N: So you admit that you are an idiot?
I asked while laughing and he looked at me awkwardly.
Jacob: Hey Sugarplum, I didn’t see you there. How do I look?
Y/N: Wahhh! Jacob you look great! And the daisies are just wow! I never knew you were such a romantic guy huh?
I wiggled my eyebrows and he chuckled.
Jacob: Yeah, now tell me where she is.
I moved a side and Scarlett came in his view. A small smile appeared on his face. He gave her the daisies and took her hand. He intertwined her fingers with his and I saw blood rushto her cheeks. He was about to walk away with her when I held her other hand to make them stop.
Y/N: Not so fast.
I said and they looked at me with Confusion.
Y/N: She needs to be back before 9. Not later than that. If you hurt my precious Scar I will eat you alive Lee Jacob.
Jacob: Why are you acting as if you are her father?
Y/N: I am Doing Uncle’s Part as he is not here. He would’ve been much more scarier if he was here. Be grateful that I am going easy on you. Anyways Enjoy Sweetie.
I said patting Scarlett’s Head and I heard someone chuckle. I knew exactly who it was so I didn’t even need to turn around.
Y/N: Stop laughing will you Jimin, it’s not that funny. She is my friend and I am protective. Don’t take me as a joke, I can break bones when it comes to them.
I looked over my shoulder and saw him shaking his head.
Scarlett: Bye Y/N! We will be leaving now. And I will be going to my house after this so don’t wait for me. See you tomorrow.
When she mentioned tomorrow my heart hurt a lot. A lot of pain was building up in my chest but I forced a smile. Soon Jade left too and now only me and Jimin were left at home.
I sat myself down on the couch and was scrolling through my phone. I totally forgot about Jimin. As I was scrolling I remembered tomorrow again and took a deep breath.
Y/N: It will be perfect tomorrow. I will bake the cake and even get your Favourite flowers.
I said and Then I heard a voice which made me flinch.
Jimin: What’s tomorrow?
Y/N: I forgot you are still here...
I laughed and he sat beside me. I put my feet on the coffee table as I looked at the T.V screen.
Y/N: Wanna watch a Movie?
Jimin: Nah, Let’s play something...
I furrowed my brows and switched the T.V off.
Y/N: Monopoly?
I asked him and he chuckled shaking his head.
Jimin: What about truth or Dare?
I nodded with a big smile. I brought a bottle from the kitchen. Jimin and I sat in front of each other. I put the bottle in the middle of the table.
Y/N: You spin first.
He smirked and I stared at the bottle. He spun the bottle and it landed on me. I pouted.
Jimin: Truth or Dare Autumn?
He asked with a smirk.
Y/N: Dare!
I said and He gave me an amused look.
Jimin: Dance with me...
He said and I smiled.
Y/N: Isn’t that too simple of a dare, give me something harder.
Jimin: If it’s that simple why don’t you do it? Scared much?
He asked with a smirk and I shook my head.
Y/N: Fine! I will do it!
I said as I walked towards the speakers grabbed the remote to the speakers playing the song. It played ‘Hold me While you Wait’, I loved that song. I turned around to find him standing right behind me. My breath hitched as I saw the closeness between us. The lights of the room became dimmer as the whole aura of the room became soft.
Jimin reached his hand out and I placed my hand in his. The moment I did he pulled me towards him by my hand causing me to bump into his chest. His arm circled my waist. His eyes were staring into mine. Though I couldn’t see him that well because of the dim lighting but I knew he was smiling, I just did.
I placed one of my hands on his shoulder while my other hand was still holding his as he intertwined our fingers. He rested his forehead against mine while closing his eyes. It seemed like time had stopped. It seemed as though that we were the only ones on this earth and nothing else mattered. It was all magical. I don’t know why I felt this way but it made me happy. The feeling couldn’t be described as a wave of euphoria hit me. I just couldn’t stop smiling.
I just never wanted this moment to end. Just Jimin and I with the music surrounding us, nothing else mattered. I wished time would stop so that we can stay like this forever. We both stayed there while the music played in the background making the moment more special. I opened my eyes looked at him as his eyes were still closed resting his forehead against mine.
“Y/N: What are you doing to me Park Jimin?”
