Y/N’s POV
Scarlett Dragged me in one of the rooms of the farmhouse. I had come here many times before so I was used to this place. She made me sit on the bed while she showed me five outfits. I chose the simplest one and she frowned.
Scarlett: Why this one? It’s so simple, you deserve something extraordinary.
Y/N: I like this one. It’s simplicity makes it extraordinary.
I smiled and she sighed in defeat. I picked it up and went to the bathroom to change.
I came out and Smiled.
Y/N: it’s just perfect. I love shorts and Denims. It’s comfy.
I said humming in satisfaction.
Scarlett: I still think you should Change. It is so simple. Many other b**ches out there are wearing scandalous outfits, you will look so...so naive.
She said patting my back and I giggled.
Y/N: First of all, LANGUAGE!
I said loudly and she groaned in annoyance.
Scarlett: Yeah, yeah I know. No need to tell me twice. Second of all?
Y/N: Is being naive bad? I mean I like looking different. And This is covering my scars.
Scarlett: Is this what this is all about? Your scars? Girl you look pretty with or without scars, and you shouldn’t be so insecure.
Y/N: I know, I know. Shall we leave now?
I said trying to change the topic. Scarlett nodded and we walked out while linking our arms.
Scarlett: We are gonna set them on fire!
She said as she walked beside which made me chuckle.
We walked down the stairs and went towards the area where the party was going on.
Jimin’s POV
I sat with Jacob and Jungkook along with The others. Jaehyun and Daymon were also sitting with us.
Jaehyun: So, Where is Y/N?
He asked and I looked at him.
Jacob: She is with Scarlett getting changed because she didn’t want to wear a dress to this party. Chill dude. I know you get too hyped when it comes to her, but learn to relax and let go sometimes.
Jaehyun: She is my best friend Jacob, I can’t just relax like that. She is my responsibility after her mother’s death. Aunty asked me to take care of her because we both knew how fragile she is. I don’t think I need to explain it to you.
We heard a voice coming towards our direction.
Jade: Yah! Beck Underwood!
She said and Beck looked at her while raising his brow.
Beck: Yes Honey?
He asked and Jade walked towards him with a blank expression.
Jade: I see that you are too busy for me, So a guy asked me to dance with him so I will go with him okay?
She said smirking and Beck Widened his eyes.
Beck: Who said I am too busy for you? Come here sit with me, Scarlett and Y/N are coming too so you won’t be the only girl. Come here.
He said and Jade sat next to him wrapping her arms around his waist, he chuckled. I looked away. It made me feel weird when I looked at people acting too lovey dovey, it seems too fake for me even though it might be real.
Veronica came and sat next to Daymon crossing her legs and intertwining her fingers with His.
Jungkook: Only the two bachelorettes are left now. I am looking forward to their grand entry.
We all laughed at his statement. I saw Jacob suddenly smirking looking behind me.
Jacob: And here they come, our leading ladies.
I turned around to see Scarlett and Y/N walking towards us. Y/N wasn’t wearing something too flashy nor too Scandalous. She was wearing something simple and she looked nice.
Scarlett: Miss me?
She asked Jacob and he just smirked.
Jacob: Why wouldn’t I miss my girlfriend?
Everyone: HUH?!
Y/N and I chuckled looking at their reaction. She came towards me and sat beside me. My heart started to beat fast.
“Stupid Heart! Stop that!” I thought to myself.
Y/N: Yah! Calm down! They aren’t officially dating. Just take it that Scarlett is doing my work for me today.
Everyone: Ohh.
Scarlett: Only Jacob, Jaehyun, Y/N and I are single. So we are gonna enjoy tonight.
She said while raising her hands high in the air and I scoffed.
Y/N: Who said Jaehyun is Single?
Everyone’s eyes widened as everyone’s attention was now on Y/N. Jaehyun raised his brow.
Jaehyun: What are you saying?
Y/N: I mean you are in a relationship...with your business.
She laughed loudly while holding her stomach. Everyone laughed except Jaehyun.
Jaehyun: Haha very funny.
He said shaking his head.
Y/N: What? You prioritise your work above anything so it seems like you are in a very sweet relationship.
She said while still laughing. She got up and walked towards Jaehyun. She sat beside him.
Y/N: Okay, I was kidding. But we need find you a girlfriend before you actually get married to your business.
Jaehyun: I will. Just give me some time. I will sooner or later. I prefer later.
He looked at her and she rolled her eyes.
Y/N: I hate you.
Jaehyun: Of course you do. That’s why you called me twice a day everyday while I was away.
Y/N huffed and looked the other way.
Y/N: I was being nice. You meanie.
Jaehyun back hugged her and I felt a weird emotion which I hadn’t felt before. I was angry but why. I shook my head getting rid of those thoughts.
Jaehyun: Okay, I am Sorry.
Y/N: Do you mean it?
She pouted. I looked at her and chuckled looking at her childish behaviour.
Jaehyun: Yes, I promise.
Scarlett: This is so cute. Seeing this after a year has to be the highlight of my day. Time to capture it. Say cheese.
Y/N giggled and they both smiled. Scarlett clicked the picture and smiled.
Y/N: Send this to me later, this is going to be my new wallpaper, until I find a better picture which will be hard.
I got bored. I thought that she forgot that she was supposed to give me company so I got up.
Taehyung: Where are you going Jimin?
He asked raising a brow.
Jimin: Excuse me, I will see you all later.
I said and walked into the crowd.
Third POV
Scarlett: What’s up with this idiot now?!
She said in an agitated tone.
Jacob shrugged and Wrapped his arm around her shoulder.
Jacob: Calm down, it’s okay. You should enjoy and not care about others.
Scarlett sighed and Y/N looked at the direction he went in.
Y/N got up but Jaehyun held her wrist.
Jaehyun: Where are you going?
He asked and Y/N gave him a smile.
Y/N: I have to take care of something. I will be back soon. You guys enjoy.
She walked in his Direction. She looks around and finds him sitting on a table alone looking through his phone.
Jimins POV
I sat on an empty table and sighed. Why am I so affected? What’s wrong with me? But I need to think of a way to win the bet. I can’t just lose like that. But at the same time I don’t want Y/N to be involved in this. Wait, Why do I care? I ran my fingers through my hair in frustration.
As I scrolled through the phone someone sat in front of me. I didn’t bother Looking up knowing it was just another attention seeker.
Girl: Why are you sitting alone pretty boy? Should I give you company? Do you need some help?
She said with a seductive tone. I was about to say something when I heard a voice from behind me.
Y/N: Who said he is Alone? Don’t worry about it Kelsea, I am with him.
I looked behind me and my eyes met hers. A smile unknowingly formed on my face. She walked over and put her hand on the table.
Y/N: You are in my seat by the way. Can you please move? I would really appreciate it.
She smiled and said this not in sarcasm but in a genuine and kind manner. The girl rolled her eyes and got up.
Kelsea: You are still the same aren’t you Y/N. Just a nobody. Trying your best to get a life by feeding off of rich and Good looking men.
Y/N sighed. I got Angry listening to the girl’s words. Jacob was right, people did misunderstand.
Y/N:I don’t give myself away to random people Kelsea. Can we please not fight. I was never on bad terms with you and I was never taking Jacob away from you. I am meeting you after 2 years. Can we just clear this up please.
She said in a calm tone.
Kelsea: I will think about it, but I will never forget how you were the reason why Jacob broke up with me! Ugh! I hate you so much.
She said and stomped away. Y/N exhaled deeply and I looked at her. She sat down in front of me.
Jimin: Why are you here? Shouldn’t you be with your friends?
I asked her in an irritated tone. She just flashed me a smile.
Y/N: Well, I had promised you that I would give you company And I keep my promises. What if you tell people that I am a bad host, this is my party after all. My reputation as a party planner will be ruined, and I can’t risk that.
She said dramatically and Playfully. I chuckled looking at her.
Jimin: Do you think I would do that?
Y/N: You May never know. Plus, I can’t risk leaving you alone.
Jimin: And why is that?
I asked a bit confused.
Y/N: There are many girls here who are bad news, Kelsea for example. I didn’t even do anything but she hates me because she assumed that Jacob was cheating on her with me. So she treated me really badly during high school but she backed off in college because of Ba-
She stopped midway and I looked her face which was now blank.
Jimin: Y/N?
I asked and she came out of her thoughts.
Y/N: Y-Yeah? Sorry I started to think about something.
She smiled and looked around.
Y/N: Have you had something to drink yet?
She asked me and I shook my head.
Y/N: Do you want to?
Jimin: Sure.
I said and she got up from the chair.
She grabbed my arm and dragged me. I was amused by her bold action. She stopped at a near by bar and made me sit on the stool. She sat beside me.
Y/N: What would you like to have?
Jimin: Anything.
She hummed and thought for a minute before calling the Bartender.
Y/N: Hey James? Can you make one of your special Cocktails please.
She said and the bartender nodded before making the drink.
Jimin: What about you?
I asked while raising a brow.
Y/N: I don’t drink alcohol.
I looked at her Innocent eyes which were looking at me with a cute smile on her face.
Jimin: Why? You are about to be 22, you know that right?
I said and she giggled.
Y/N: I don’t like the flavour of alcohol, it is weird and bitter. And also I become really vulnerable with just one glass of alcohol. I say everything that’s on my mind and I spill secrets quick! The alcohol takes over me quickly so I lose it very easily.
She said and sighed deeply. I chuckled at her explanation.
Jimin:(Mumbles) Cute.
Y/N: Did you say something?
Jimin: Nothing.
She shrugged and turned her gaze towards the bartender who handed her the drink. She took it and gave it to me.
Y/N: Try it and tell what you think. And James can you make me a-
James: I know, a blue lagoon, no alcohol with ice.
Y/N: Yeah, thank you.
She smiled and turned her gaze towards me. I took a sip of the cocktail and my eyes widened because of the amazing flavour.
Y/N: So?
Jimin: it’s amazing I must say.
Y/N: I am glad you liked it. It is one of the specialties here. Daymon brings us here all the time so I know the things which are the best of the best. I am a foodie so yeah.
She took her drink from the bar tender and starts to drink it.
Y/N: Your hands are magic James! It tastes amazing! Thank you!
She said and flashed him a big smile before taking another sip of her beverage.
James: Miss Y/N, I have some gossip for you.
He said and Y/N raised her brow.
Y/N: About who?
She asked curiously.
James: Mr. Beck and Miss Jade.
Y/N: Interesting, SPILL!
She said with a hint of excitement in her tone.
James: I heard that Mr. Beck is planning on buying Miss Jade something for her birthday but doesn’t know what.
Y/N: I never thought that Beck could be confused about something like this. But don’t worry I will help him out, I know exactly what she was eyeing at the mall the other day.
James: That’s why I told you.
He winked and moved towards a person who called out to him. Y/N turned her gaze back to me. She looked at her glass and then back to me.
Y/N: Wanna try some of mine?
She asked with a shy smile on her face which was making my heart beat faster. What is wrong with me? I think I am drunk already. I looked at her who was waiting for my answer.
Jimin: Sure, if you don’t mind.
Y/N: Why would I mind? Here.
She handed me her glass and I took a sip, it was so good.
Jimin: This one is even better than mine.
I chuckled and she smiled.
Y/N: You can have it.
She crossed one leg over the other straightening her back and I furrowed my brows.
Jimin: What about you?
Y/N: I can get more anytime I want, we all come here often. You should enjoy it.
She gave me a reassuring smile and I gulped it all down in one go.
Y/N: Easy there tiger.
We both laughed.
Y/N: So I was wond-
She was interrupted by a girl approaching our table.
Girl: Y/N!
Y/N turned her gaze towards the girl and smiled.
Y/N: Chelsea! How are you?
She said and hugged the girl, who was named Chelsea.
Chelsea: I have been great! How have you been sweetie?
Y/N: I have been great, I am always great.
Chelsea: I had to tell you something but before that tell me who is this handsome guy with you?
She said and smirked looking at me.
Y/N: This is Jimin. And Jimin this is Chelsea.
Chelsea: Are you guys dating?
She asked and Y/N laughed.
Y/N: Us? Dating? Nah! We are just friends, plus I think that There are girls who are much better than me here.
She said while laughing and I titled my head looking at her.
Jimin: What makes you say that?
Y/N furrowed her brows looking at me.
Chelsea: So that means he is Single? Well I at least have a chance with him then.
She said and smirked while I rolled my eyes at her.
Chelsea: Anyways, Y/N, Jacob told me to remind you about the dare he gave you?
She said and Y/N choked on air. Her eyes widened.
Y/N: Tell him No!
Chelsea: He told me that if you say no, then he will tell Jaehyun about what you did with his favourite Black Blazer.
Y/N: First of all, that Blazer was ugly. Second of all, he promised he won’t tell.
She whined and I chuckled to myself.
Chelsea: Sorry Y/N, but that’s what he told me. You can ask him yourself.
She says and Pats her shoulder. She smirks at me before walking away. I groan in annoyance. Maybe I got myself a new toy. I smirked before turning to Y/N who was huffing.
Jimin: What’s wrong?
I asked her and she looked up at me with puppy eyes.
Y/N: I don’t want to do it. Why me?
She whined and looked around. Soon she spotted Jacob.
Y/N: LEE JACOB!
Jacob snapped his head towards Y/N while linking arms with Scarlett. They walked towards us.
Jacob: How May I help you today Ms. Sugarplum?
Y/N: Can’t you change the dare!
She asked while shaking him a bit.
Jacob: It is so simple. It is not creepy nor perverted. What’s the problem?
Scarlett: What dare?
Jacob: I asked her to do something she is really good at, her passion and she won’t do it.
Scarlett: Her passion- Oh! I get it now. Yah Y/N, come on. It is not that hard, you love doing it.
Jimin: Am I the only one who doesn’t know what you guys are talking about here?
Scarlett: Yes, that’s because you are a Dumbass.
Jimin: I never asked for your opinion.
Scarlett scoffed and looked back towards Y/N.
Scarlett: Anyways, You should do it. It will be fun and you love it so much. I thought you would say yes immediately.
Y/N: I don’t know. It is very easy for me and I love it but I don’t want to give a reason for Jinha and Kelsey to mock me.
She said looking down at her lap.
I lifted her chin up and looked into her eyes.
Jimin: Who cares, what matters is that you enjoy yourself. Remember what you said to me? Don’t care about others, just enjoy yourself.
Scarlett smacked my hand away from her.
Scarlett: Don’t touch her you creep!
Jimin: Fine you weirdo!
Jacob and Y/N laughed listening to the both of us.
Y/N: Okay, I’ll do it.
Scarlett clapped her hands in excitement.
Scarlett: Finally, I am so happy, let’s show them that the Y/N from East High never left this Area. Let’s show them whose boss huh?
She said and both of them did a complicated hand shake which neither me nor Jacob understood.
Jacob: Can’t you guys simply fist bump.
Scarlett and Y/N: Nope.
Jimin: What is the dare anyways?
I asked and Y/N smiled.
Y/N: You will find out when I do it. But I won’t do it now. The night has just begun and I have to check up on a few arrangements. Have any of you seen Javier?
They shook their head.
Y/N: He must be waiting for me, I had told him to take care of the special lighting arrangements in my Favourite room. I need to go.
She got up and was about to rush when She stopped and turned to face me.
Y/N: Jimin, do you wanna come along?
She said with a smile and I gave her a blank expression.
Jimin: I-
Scarlett: He is fine here Sweetie. We are here to give him company, you do what you were doing and don’t stress too much.
Y/N: Okay. You guys enjoy. I will be back before you know it and if you need me just call me and I’ll be there. See you later.
She said and Ran towards the direction of the house.
I turned my gaze towards Scarlett.
Jimin: Who gave you the right to answer for me Scarlett?
Scarlett: Listen Park, I am not here to listen to your sh*t! And I swear to god if I see you trying one of your tactics on her, I will kill you with my own bare hands.
She said with Gritted teeth and I rolled my eyes at her. Jacob sighed looking at the both of us and finally spoke.
Jacob: Calm down Scar, I am sure he won’t do such a thing and even if he did we all know about Jaehyun’s Anger. He would blow everything up.
He laughed.
Scarlett: Well now that I think about it, You have a point. Jaehyun’s Anger is so extreme that I don’t think he will survive. So if you don’t want to die, don’t even try anything. I am gonna grab a drink, See you later.
She said and Walked away.
Jacob: Can I at least get a thank you for saving your ass from Scarlett?
He said playfully and I rolled my eyes jokingly.
Jimin: As if! I don’t care about her unnecessary remarks.
Jacob: So how are things with Y/N?
He asked while sitting on the stool beside mine.
Jimin: They are going well and you were right, people do misunderstand a lot. It must be difficult for her.
Jacob: I told you so, but she is really patient, it is difficult to pull her last straw. So she barely gets Triggered. We should feel lucky because when she gets mad, you don’t want to face her.
He gestured the bartender to get him a drink.
Jimin: We met your ex girlfriend Kelsea. She kept on saying how Y/N was the reason why you broke up with her.
Jacob scoffed and rolled his eyes.
Jacob: Kelsea was a b**ch and that’s the reason why we broke up. She used be hitting on other guys while we were together, what did she except for me to be totally okay with her kissing other guys in front of me. She also bullied Y/N because she saw me holding her hand. She had a cut on her hand and I was checking it out but she thought that I was cheating on her. She f**king kissed random guys and I couldn’t even hold someone’s hand! I would not be with her even if Y/N wasn’t involved. I only dated her because Y/N and Daymon kept on telling me to try getting into a committed relationship. So I just went with it.
He said and Grabbed the drink while sipping on it slowly. I was about to say something when I saw Y/N approaching us. She was looking down not making eye contact.
Y/N: Hey again!
Jacob: Hi, you back so early?
Y/N: Yeah, Javier took care of everything already.
She said looking down but before Jacob could say anything further Jaehyun approached us.
Jaehyun: What’s Going on here?
He said with his hands in his pockets.
Y/N: Nothing J. Are you enjoying yourself?
Jaehyun: Of course I am. Why are you looking down cupcake?
He said and he tried to lift her chin but she shoved his hand.
Y/N: I’m fine J, don’t worry about it.
Jaehyun arched his brow and turned her around to face him. He then lifted her chin up softly and his eyes widened.
Jaehyun: Why is your lip bleeding Y/N?
