Third POV

Taehyung pulled Y/N to a garden which had a small pond in the middle of it. The moonlight reflecting in the water which made the environment serene as both of them stared at the beautiful night sky. Taehyung looked at Y/N as Y/N looked at the starry sky with amusement. He smiled.

"Y/N?" He said and Y/N turned to look at him with a smile.

"Yes?"

"I have been wanting to say this for a long time now and..." He paused staring deeply into her eyes. "I love you. I don’t know when I fell for you and I don’t know how but I just did. It just feels so right."

"I love you too, so much."

He smiled. He leaned in and Y/N squealed, this is what she was waiting for her. As his lips were about to touch hers a voice was heard making them stop.

"Noona? Noona wake up! Noona!"

Y/N opened her eyes only to see her brother shaking her to reality. It was just a dream like every time.

"Yah! Choi Yeonjun! Couldn’t you have waited for just 5 minutes more! I was this close to kissing him!"

She threw a pillow at his face but he ducked down dodging it.

"Aish Noona! Were you dreaming about that Taehyung Guy again huh?"

"He is not just any guy! He is Kim Taehyung! The idol from BTS! He is so nice and sweet and handsome. He is just wahhh." She threw herself on her bed smiling to herself while imagining her bias. She put a pillow over her face and squealed.

"You know it’s not possible Noona! All you can do is dream about him! You are the future queen and a princess at present. You have a lot of responsibilities."

"Yeah yeah whatever. Mom tells me about my responsibilities about a million times, I don’t think I need more reminders Yeonjun." She rolled her eyes and took her phone from the night stand. Switching it on she saw about 22 message by her best friends on their group chat. 

{On the Group Chat}

Somi: Guysss!!!

Felix: Calm down Somi and let me play my game!

Jackson: Three exclamation points...this has to be important :)

Somi: It is! There is a BTS fan sign tomorrow and I got the tickets for all of us! Can you believe it!

Nayeon: Really?! OMGGGG!!! Y/N ARE YOU COMING?!

Felix: Now I am interested because I know our little princess is sleeping Lmao.

Jackson: She must be dreaming about her Prince Charming Lol.

Somi: Yeah...She must be dreaming about Taehyung-ssi.

Nayeon: That’s What she does all day Hehe.

Y/N rolled her eyes and decided to join the chat.

Y/N: You guys know that I am in this group chat too right? So stop making fun of me! And no I was not dreaming Of Taehyung so shut up!

Jackson: Okay Okay chill bub chill!

Felix: But we all know the truth :)

Somi: Stop it Felix!

Nayeon: Anyways Y/N you are coming right?

Y/N: Well...Uhm Guys...You Know that mom won’t allow me to right? Plus if any of the paparazzi sees me then I am doomed!

Somi: Come On Y/N...We can find some disguise for you and it is a once in a life time opportunity to see BTS. You know how fast tickets get sold out!

Nayeon: You can meet Taehyung Face to Face....

Y/N’s eyes widened and a shy smile crept upon her face. She sighed in defeat before typing.

Y/N: Fine I’ll be there. I’ll find a way to convince my mother.

Nayeon: That’s my girl!

Felix: Well I am in as well.

Jackson: Me too.

Somi: Me Three!

Y/N giggled at her friend’s behaviour and continued to Type. Yeonjun sat down beside her on the bed.

"Mom told me to wake you up as Grandma is going to be here in an hour." Y/N’s Eyes widened and she looked up from her phone.

"GAMGAM IS COMING?!" She yelled and Yeonjun Covered his ears.

"Why are you yelling Noona! I am right here! It’s hard to believe that you will be the queen sometimes!" Y/N narrowed her eyes at him and gently smacked his head.

"I am older to you so learn to respect me hmm." She got up from the bed and dashed to her bathroom to get dressed.

After an hour she got out of the bathroom and looked at herself in the mirror.

"Perfect." 

As she was looking in the mirror she heard a soft knock on her door.

"Come in."

The door opened revealing Katherine. Y/N’s personal bodyguard and assistant.

"Your Grandmother, the Queen has arrived and wants to see you Princess."

"Call me Y/N when we are alone Katherine. I don’t like to be reminded that I am a princess all the time." She laughed and Katherine smiled before nodding.

"Alright Y/N. We are getting late. Let’s go shall we..."

Y/N nodded before grabbing her phone and making her way out of the room.

{Meanwhile}

(At Bighit Entertainment)

"Yeah let’s take a break." Hoseok said breathing heavily and looking at the other members. They had been practicing non-stop for the past 2 hours and needed a break to relax themselves. All the members nodded in agreement. They all sat down on the ground of the practice room looking at one another.

Taehyung Rested his arm on Jungkook’s shoulder as he drank water from his water bottle.

"I really want to sleep right now Hyung. Jungkook yawned.

"Tired so early Kook?" Taehyung asked chuckling as he grabbed his phone lying in the corner of the practice room.

"We have the Fan meet tomorrow Guys I hope you all remember." Jimin reminded.

"How could we forget when I literally got about 12 messages in the past hour regarding the fan sign."

Yoongi scoffed while rolling his eyes while the others chuckled.

"Stop acting So sour Yoongi, plus it’s fun meeting the fans. They always appreciate my beauty." Jin said and gave a flying kiss.

Jungkook wasn’t paying much attention as he scrolled through his news feed. His eyes stopped at a specific article as he clicked on it and started to read. Taehyung furrowed his eyebrows looking at the younger starring intensely at his phone screen.

"What are you looking at Kook?"

"Huh? Oh nothing I was just reading a news article on the princess of South Korea. She is all over the Internet. "

"Princess who?" Taehyung asked confused.

"Don’t you know who she is Tae?" Jimin asked in surprise.

Taehyung Shook his head and Namjoon gasped.

"Have you seriously never heard of the Royal Family Of South Korea! They are one of the wealthiest Families in the world and have a big part in the administration and decision making process of South Korea."

"And the princess is very pretty." Jungkook added.

"I agree on that. She is unreal." Jimin cooed making Taehyung knit his brows together.

"Here, have a look Hyung." Jungkook passed Taehyung his phone with a bright smile. Taehyung raised a brow at him before taking his phone. As he looked into the phone he saw a picture of a girl walking in the middle of many bodyguards. She had a polite smile on her face and she looked beautiful. He now understood why everyone called her pretty. Taehyung smirked as he read her name. 

"Choi Y/N."

"That’s her name. Rumours say that she is also an ARMY but nothing is confirmed yet. But there is a 70% chance that she is one." Jungkook smiled as his eyes lit up.

"Interesting." Taehyung muttered as his eyes were stuck to the screen.

"Do you all think she will come for the fan sign?" Jimin asked with hope.

"I don’t think so Because she has a lot of Bodyguards around her all the time. She is the future heir to the throne after all." Jungkook spoke factually.

"We still can’t be to sure. We will only find out tomorrow." Taehyung smirked looking at the picture once again.

You are intriguing Princess. I hope that you come tomorrow. He thought to himself and chuckled before handing the phone back to Jungkook. They all continued talking but Taehyung still couldn’t get the intriguing princess out of his head.

(Back at The Palace)

Y/N’s POV

I walked downstairs with Katherine walking closely behind me as she told me about my schedule today.

"You missed the family breakfast today morning and your mother was very upset with you." Katherine spoke making Y/N groan.

"Today was the only day when I missed it. I needed extra sleep because yesterday was exhausting."

"Well prepare yourself because you have to go for the new children’s home’s inauguration today."

"That’s today?"

"Yes, that along with the speech you have to give at the town central. You also have the press conference after 4."

"That’s all right?"

"No, you also Have lunch with the whole royal Family along with the Kang Family."

"Oh So Seulgi is coming?" Katherine nodded and Y/N scoffed. "Just my luck. I mean she is not bad. But she goes a bit over the top you know..." Katherine shrugged and Y/N sighed.

"And Your Mother has also arranged another meet up with Mr. Baekhyun. She is expecting you to make up your mind by the end of next month."

"She already knows my decision. Yes, Baekhyun and me are childhood friends but marriage is too much commitment. And I don’t think of him that way. He is fine with my decision then why can’t my mother be fine with it." Y/N said as she stopped walking down the stairs turning around to face Katherine.

"That’s because she wants you to take over the throne soon."

"But I can take over it without getting married. Does she not think I am not responsible that I need another guy to help me...?" She asked and Katherine looked away not knowing how to answer. Y/N sighed turning around and walking once again. "I have been taught about taking over since I was Young. I think I can handle it."

"So are you going to meet Mr. Baekhyun?"

"Sure, he is my friend after all. I won’t mind it. Is that all for the schedule."

"Yeah that’s about it for today."

They both stood in front of the door of the Ex Queen, Y/N’s Grandmother’s room. 

"I will wait right here." She said and Y/N nodded before knocking on the door.

"Come in."

She carefully opened the door with a smile.

"Gamgam!" She said running in and hugging her tightly. Queen Erica laughed at her granddaughter’s actions.

"Yah Honey! You were sleeping weren’t you?"

Y/N let go and laughed awkwardly.

"I need my beauty sleep Gamgam. I was up late preparing the speech I am supposed to give at the town central. So I slept pretty late."

"Dreaming about Taehyung again huh? Did you get to kiss him this time?"

"No, Yeonjun woke me up- Uhm I-I m-mean...No I was not dreaming about him haha."

"I am your grandmother Y/N, stop lying to me. I know you better than you know yourself. So you were dreaming about Taehyung?"

"Shh, Gamgam! Don’t say it so loudly."

"No one is here except us sweetie."

"People tend to overhear." She said sitting on the chair in the room. "Anyways, How was your trip to Paris?"

"It was lovely. I got you cupcakes from your favourite bakery."

"Always know what to get me. You are the best Gamgam. I wish mom understood me like you do." She said and hung her head low. Her grandmother looked at her with softened eyes. She understood all the pressure Y/N had upon her shoulders.

"What did your mother say now?"

"She wants me to marry Baekhyun to take over the throne but I don’t want to Marry him." She said holding her head in her hands."Does she not trust me enough? Does she not think I am responsible to handle the throne alone? Am I not capable enough?" She said looking at Queen Erica who shook her head.

"I wouldn’t choose anyone else except you as Queen, dear. Your mom just wants you to have someone who you can rely on and someone who you can share your problems with when you take over."

"I am self-reliant Gamgam...I don’t need anyone. All I need is Me and my Sanity." We both laughed. Suddenly something struck her mind. She looked at her Grandma with puppy eyes as she hugged her from the side.

"Gamgam~You Know you are the best grandma in the whole world~ Did I Tell you that you look so pretty today..."

"Yeah Yeah, what do you want..."

"Why would I want anything my beautiful Gamgam... You look even more radiant in this lighting..."

"Y/N...Stop with the flattery and get to the point..."She said looking at her granddaughter with a knowing look. She sighed and finally gave in.

"Alright Alright you caught me...Its just there is something I Need your help in."

"What is that ?"

"Well...My friends have gotten tickets to a BTS Fan Meet and They want me to come with them. But-"

"You can’t because of Your mother and want me to help you sneak out, am I correct?"

"Shockingly you are very accurate."

She laughed and Y/N looked at her with puppy eyes.

"Please...Gamgam...You are my last hope and this is like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me...I promise to take care of myself and be careful...Please~" Y/N pleaded and she heard her grandmother sigh.

"Alright Alright. I understand and you are a youngster. You need to live your life freely and with enjoyment." She said and Y/N jumped happily.

"Thank You! Thank you! Thank you!"

She said hugging her tightly.

Queen Erica: Anything for my Angel. Aren’t you supposed to be somewhere? Y/N stopped hugging her as she looked at her watch. Her eyes widen.

"Oh no! I have to go to the children’s home inauguration, the ceremony starts in 20 min! Bye Gamgam! I love you and thank you so much for helping me!" She said running out of the room.

"Slow Down Y/N! You will fall! Aish! This clumsy princess!" She laughed and went to do her daily check in the west wing of the castle.

{6 hours Later}

Taehyung’s POV

After a long day of practice I finally reached our shared house. The boys and I shared a house in general though we did have our own houses, we preferred staying together. As I entered my room I was greeted by Yeontan who ran upto me and I picked him up in my arms.

I walked to my bed tiredly still holding Yeontan in my Arms. I sat down the bed placing Yeontan beside me. He curled himself up in a ball closing his eyes. He looked too cute. I see why this pup has so much fan following. I chuckled and grabbed my phone from the nightstand.

I scrolled through my social media and my eyes stopped on a popular post. I smirked as I saw who it was about.

"Hello there, Princess." I said looking at my screen. She gave a speech about people’s right at the town central today afternoon. She looked so delicate. 

"We will meet princess. You make me curious. You are not what you project on the outside and I know it. I want to find out more about you. Maybe one day, when fate wants us to cross paths, I will get all my questions answered. But for now all I can do is hope to see you tomorrow." I chuckled as I caressed her picture on my Phone screen. "The moment I found out about you I got so curious that you didn’t even leave my mind for a second. What is it about you that is drawing me to you?"

I switched my phone screen off and closed my eyes but the angelic face of the princess appeared in my thoughts making me smile. I opened my eyes as a sigh escaped my lips.

"You are making it hard for me to sleep now. What have you done to me Princess Y/N?" I said as I looked over at Yeontan who was sleeping peacefully.

" I am jealous of you for being able to sleep right now while I can’t even close my eyes without thinking about her."

I carefully got up from the bed and walked to the Balcony looking out at city view in front of me. The cold breeze hit my face as a sigh escaped my lips.

Third POV

Y/N lay down on her bed after a tiring day. She had just come back from her meet up with Baekhyun. They talked about the most random things and ended up laughing at their silliness. She could tell him anything easily and had told him about her plans of sneaking out tomorrow for the fan meet. He never told their secrets and eventually laughed at how much of dare devil she was for taking such a big risk.

She was now very tired but couldn’t sleep as the excitement of seeing Taehyung face to face was eating her up on the inside. She took her phone and looked at a picture of Taehyung making her smile ever so brightly.

"Wahhh how can someone be so breathtakingly handsome! Are you even real?"  She said and giggled at her own statement. She got up and went to her balcony as she was not able to sleep.

Now both Taehyung and Y/N stood in their respective balconies looking at the view in front of them. Leaning against the railing both of them smiled and Said at the Same moment.

"Goodnight Taehyung~"

"Goodnight Princess~"
