Third POV
“That’s a wrap. Good job Y/N!” The photographer applauded and Y/N smiled softly with a nod as she stretched her arms. She took gentle steps towards the chair removing the heels, making her feet relax.
“That was the last photo shoot of the day, so you have the rest of the day all to yourself.” Jamie,her manager walked upto her making her smile,as she nodded, walking into the changing room to change. Y/N walked out of the dressing room as Jamie helped her slide her coat on.
“Thank you Jamie.” She smiled and Jamie nodded as he followed her out of the studio towards her car.

Y/N sat cross legged on her couch while going through her phone as Jamie sat on the opposite couch with a tablet in his hand.
“I’ve been wanting to talk to you about tomorrow.” Jamie spoke after a few moments of silence and Y/N furrowed her brows, looking up from her phone.
“What is tomorrow? I thought I had a clear schedule tomorrow.” She asked and Jamie let out a nervous chuckle.
“Well you have a photoshoot for the new brand you signed with…there is just one problem.”
“And what might that be?” Y/N sat up straight, squaring her shoulders as she ran a hand through her hair.
“It’s a couple shoot.” He said and Y/N furrowed her brows.
“I don’t see what’s wrong with that. It’s not like it’s the first time I am doing a couple shoot.” She shrugged and Jamie sighed.
“The shoot is with him.”
“Who are you trying to imply?” Y/N questioned as suddenly she felt bit of nervous due to her manager’s demeanour.
“It’s Kim Seokjin…your first love.”

Y/N closed the door of her car as she fixed her coat. She took a deep breath feeling a chill run down her spine. It was the first week of December but it still felt colder.
The words of her manager rang in her head making her sigh.
“I know this is tough for you but you backing out of this can result in major losses. I don’t think I need to explain to you how it can damage your career. It might be awkward but do it for the sake of your career. I know how important this is to you and the Y/N I know would do anything to reach the top. Just keep it professional okay.”
Y/N sighed. “You can do this. It’s just one photoshoot. If he doesn’t care, why should I?” She mumbled to herself as she made her way inside the studio.
The bodyguard gently opened the door for her and she passed him a warm smiled before walking inside. She scanned the studio as the photographer rushed towards her with a big smile.
“It’s a pleasure meeting you Miss Y/N. I am Gracie, I suppose this is the first time we are working together but I hope it isn’t the last.” She smiled and Y/N nodded. “Well I hope you have met your partner for this project.” She spoke and Y/N’s hands turned into fists as Gracie moved aside.
And there he was. With his one hand in his pocket while the other was holding his phone close to his ear through which he was speaking to someone. The white turtleneck with black jeans made him look breathtaking and Y/N took a sharp intake of breath while eyeing his charming figure. The confidence radiating off of him could be felt from a distance. He didn’t have to try to gain the whole rooms attention, even him taking a sip of water could make everyone gush.
Jin finally looked up from his phone and his eyes met with the familiar doe eyes and a soft yet mischievous smile took over his lips. He walked over to them and Y/N bit the inside of her cheek trying to control her rising nervousness.
“Mr. Kim, this is Miss Y/N. I suppose you both already know each other since Mr. Kim said yes immediately when I told him that you were his partner for this project.”
“It’s just that I adore her…work.” He spoke huskily and his dominating aura made Y/N shiver. She looked directly into his eyes which were boring into hers. Her gaze was strong and challenging while a smirk twitched onto Jin’s lips seeing her this way.
“It’s nice meeting you Mr. Kim.” She spoke, stretching her hand out towards him and Jin took it, letting his thumb skim over her knuckles, making Y/N’s insides tingle in a familiar manner. He was amused at how well she pretended to not know him even though she was the one who knew him best.
“The pleasure is all mine, Miss Y/N. ” Jin smirked while tilting his head and Y/N pursed her lips.
“You both can carry on. I will just double check with my team.” Gracie nodded as she hurried off leaving the two alone.
Jin gripped Y/N’s hand and she realised that he still hadn’t let go. Y/N tried to pull her hand away but Jin just tightened his grip. She used all her force to pull her hand away when suddenly Jin pulled her towards him making her gasp as her body collided with his. “Why…aren’t you impatient my love.” He whispered into her ear and Y/N felt the air leave her lungs making her grip on his hand tighten involuntarily due to the familiar flutter in her heart “I’ve missed you and I am glad that you’ve not changed even a bit. You are still the angel I first met.” He spoke and Y/N’s eyes grew wide. Jin leaned back to see her priceless reaction while cracking a soft smile at her. He let go of her hand as he swiped his thumb against her lower lip. “I see you still remember which shade I love on you. I supoose I wasn’t the only one who was looking forward to this photoshoot after all.” He smiled and moved back before walking away, leaving Y/N stunned as she rushed over to the near by mirror to see her shade of lipstick and her eyes twinkled, remembering memories from a year ago.

“You ready yet?” Jin peeked his head through the door as he looked at Y/N who was looking wearing a black velvet dress leaving him stunned. She was sitting by the mirror looking at her reflection with a sigh.
“Nearly, I don’t know which lipstick to wear, can you pick one for me?” She asked looking over her shoulder as Jin nodded taking long strides towards before putting his chin on her shoulder and looking at the shades placed on the table.
His eyes found one and he smiled as he picked it. He gestured for her to stand up and with furrowed brows, she did as she was told standing beside the chair. Jin sat on the chair as he pulled her towards him making her gasp as she landed on his lap, her hands unconsciously wrapped around his neck. Jin smiled as he opened the cap of the lipstick before taking it out and leaning closer, his gaze stayed fixed on her lips. He gently filled her upper lip with the light colour before swiping the lower lip with it.
Y/N’s breathing grew heavy due to the close proximity as Jin finished looking into her eyes which were wide. His eyes fluttered back towards her lips as he leaned in before capturing her lips with his. Y/N responded almost immediately as her hands were tangled in his hair, bringing him closer. Her heart was beating rapidly against her chest feeling a sense of relief that he was with her right now, it was all she needed.
Pulling away Y/N placed her forehead on his and he smiled. “This shade is my favourite from now.” He spoke breathlessly and Y/N smiled while shaking her head.
“It looks good on you too.” She said as she wiped the lipstick from his lips and both of them laughed at the irony.

Y/N shook her head violently, not wanting to have these thoughts cross her mind again. It didn’t matter anymore. They broke up, it was a mutual decision. The constant fights and arguments resulted in the unexpected end of one of the most beautiful things that could happen to both of them. There was no heartbreak. Both of them seemed to have fallen out of love with time hence why they decided to end their relationship. But seeing each other after a year may have ignited something in both of them. Maybe it was a rushed decision after all, maybe the feelings never did die down.
“It’s time for your make up, Miss Y/N.” the voice spoke grasping Y/N’s attention as she snapped out of her trail of thoughts. She took a deep breath and walked towards her changing room while squaring her shoulders, not letting her confidence falter.
As the make up artists and stylists did Y/N’s final touch ups, there was a knock on the door along with a voice. “Miss Y/N, are you ready yet? Ms Gracie is waiting.” The shrill female voice called out and the stylists responded with a short yes before resuming there work. Y/N looked at herself, feeling knots form in the pit of her stomach. She never felt nervous before a shoot since she had been doing this for quite a few years now, but today’s shoot gave her cold feet.
The stylists did their final touches as Y/N got up with a shaky sigh. The black dress was tight, hugging her figure. She looked breathtaking, if only she had a halo over her head, people would actually mistake her as an angel. For her, the dress was uncomfortable, it made it hard for her to walk, but she managed as she made her way out of the her changing room.
Jin stood in front of the camera doing his solo shots as Y/N looked at him from a distance. He didn’t seem to notice her presence. He hasn’t changed at all, the same swoon worthy smile, the same charismatic stare and the same heavenly aura. It made her heart skip a beat. He had no right to make her feel this way but she knew that he wasn’t the one to blame, her heart was. Her stupid hopeful heart, she knew that it was in his hands. He could toy with it as he liked, crush it between his hands, turning it into dust, and she could just stand in the corner, watching it all happen.
“Ah Y/N, you look gorgeous, are you ready for you solo shots?” Gracie looked at her excitedly and Jin finally looked at Y/N and his eyes twinkled with the familiar warmth that Y/N had grown fond of. Y/N smiled and nodded as she took small steps towards the camera as Jin’s eyes stayed fixed on her, his breathing growing more and more unsteady with each step she took towards him. “Jin, if you could kindly move aside for Y/N’s solo shots.” Gracie spoke grasping Jin’s attention and he cleared his throat before nodding.
“Sure.” Jin walked away, taking a seat right behind the camera.
Y/N closed her eyes taking a deep breath before squaring her shoulders. Reopening her eyes, she looked directly at the camera as she put her hand under her chin while the camera flashed. She looked confident and radiant. Jin smiled leaning his cheek against his palm, looking at her with visible adoration.
“Yeah just like that, now give me a more seductive vibe…yeah perfect.” Gracie continued clicking as Y/N confidently turned changing her position. “Okay, that’s all for the solo shots. Now time for the shots of you two together.” She spoke and Y/N’s muscles started growing tense.
Jin got up, taking long strides towards Y/N whose gaze did not waver from his figure. Standing beside one another, Y/N glanced at him but looked away immediately when he caught her looking. He chuckled softly making heat rise to her cheeks as she ran her fingers through her hair.
“Let’s begin shall we…” Gracie spoke and both of the nodded in sync.
Turning towards each other, Y/N wrapped her arms around Jin’s neck as she leaned her forehead against his. Her breathing grew heavy feeling the close proximity and Jin smiled, looking directly into her eyes.
“Relax…breathe in and breathe out.” He whispered and she did just that, taking deep breathes in and out, feeling her tense muscles come to ease. The camera flashed as both of them didn’t break eye contact.
“That’s great. Let’s try something else.” Gracie spoke and Y/N slowly removed her arms around Jin’s neck. Jin made Y/N stand straight as he stood behind her before wrapping one arm around her neck and placing his chin on her shoulder. She took a deep breath, not letting the thumping of her heart get to her as she looked in front confidently.
“Okay now let’s try something which represents intimacy.” Gracie suggested and Jin unwrapped his arm around Y/N.
Y/N tried moving but lost balance due to the tightness of the dress which barely let her walk. Jin wrapped his arm around her waist, preventing her from falling. She looked at him with wide eyes and he just smiled, his ever so charming smile at her. He leaned closer and their lips were just a centimetre away and Y/N’s breathing grew heavy.
“Thats what I’m talking about! Thats great!” Gracie added but Y/N couldn’t hear her, as she looked deeply into his mesmerising gaze, getting lost in it. He too was holding himself back from leaning closer to claim her mouth with his, he knew he would be crossing a boundary if he did but what he didn’t know was that some boundaries are meant to be crossed for beautiful things to blossom.

“Thats all. It was lovely working with both of you. I hope we work together once again very soon.” Gracie smiled and Y/N smiled back with a nod as Gracie walked away. Jamie approached Y/N with worry filled eyes.
“I am so proud of you. You handled it well.” He spoke and Y/N let out a small chuckle.
“I guess it wasn’t too bad. I am glad this shoot took place. I needed this more than I thought that I did.” She smiled while shaking her head leaving her manager confused.
Jin was talking to his manager but his gaze was fixed on Y/N who was smiling brightly, making his heart swell. “I’m sorry but let’s discuss this later.” Jin excused himself as he walked passed his manager towards the woman who had all his attention from the start. “Could you please excuse us?” Jin looked at Jamie who glanced at Y/N.
“You should go home Jamie. I’ll see you on Monday.”
“Take care Y/N. Enjoy your weekend.” She nodded as he sighed but walked away leaving the two alone. The studio was now nearly empty as Y/N and Jin walked to the parking lot in silence.
Reaching Y/N’s car, the two turned towards each other. “That was a good shoot Miss Y/N. It was a pleasure working with you.” He said and she smiled. She leaned against her car, looking at him thoughtfully.
“Miss Y/N huh? That formal now are we?” She teased and he laughed shaking his head. Jin took long strides towards her and she stood there completely still, observing his actions. He stood right in front of her as his hand reached for he cheek. His thumb gently grazed her cheekbone as her eyes stayed on his. He leaned forward as he connected their foreheads making their eyes close involuntarily.
“I missed you…so much.” He whispered and she hummed in response. “Can’t we give this another chance?” He asked hesitantly moving back as Y/N opened her eyes. Jin assessed her expression but she didn’t give anything away. He sighed shaking his head as he turned away from her. “Never mind, I shouldn’t have brought it up-“
Before he could finish he was turned around and her lips were met with his. She wrapped her arms around his neck as he wrapped his arm around her waist pulling her closer. She pulled away connecting their foreheads once more. “Okay” She said and Jin opened his eyes, gazing at her features.
“What if you regret it later?” Jin asked and Y/N opened her eyes with a smile.
“I know I will.” She spoke making Jin’s brows furrow as she continued. “But I’ll do it anyways.” She smiled teasingly and he smiled back.
“Even if you do, you are stuck with me now love.” He said before capturing his mouth with hers, still standing in the cold parking lot, and nothing else mattered but the feelings which had never died down.
